Optical fiber
Ljusdesign has three kinds of optical fiber, all made of pure silica glass.

Two kinds of side emitting fiber and one end emitting.
End emitting fiber
Schott SpectraFlex
- High temperature resistance.
- Suitable for both cold and hot places.
- Very age resistant.
- Fireproof.
- Does not emit harmfull gases.
Every fiber ending is terminated and polished for maximum transmittance. The common end is 30 mm in diameter and are available in randomised and non-randomised configurations.
Pre-assembled harnesses
These are configured at the factory. Combine various sizes and lenghts with different endings.
